The Ultimate AuPair?
Robyn har anmalt mig till en tavling om den basta AuPairen i USA. Jag kopierar hennes brev till tavlingen har. Tyvarr har jag inte tid att gora en oversattning.
Blev sa rord nar jag laste mailet. 500 dollar kan man vinna. Min AreaDirector grat nar hon laste det. Sa hoppas att aven juryn gor det. Hade ingen aning om att Robyn anmalt mig forran jag fick mailet.
Our family has the Ultimate Au Pair! Sanna Franzen, from Sweden, joined
our family in June of last year. Sanna is doing a fantastic job of
teaching our kids all while being an extremely loving and nurturing
caretaker and having fun and adventurous days. Sanna is an amazing
person and is what every family would hope to have in an Au Pair.
We have a three and half year old daughter named Kate and a one and half
year son named John Thomas. Sanna works with them on their lessons from
their various activities and makes it so fun for them to learn. My son
can count, knows his colors and speaks a fair amount of Swedish and
Spanish thanks to Sanna's help. She is incredible about teaching them
to eat healthy. She talks to them about good foods and snacks to eat.
My daughter told me just the other day that she wanted a drink of water
and an apple because it was "healthy." She told me that Sanna teaches
her about eating right and that she wants to be just like Sanna.
Sanna is extremely nurturing and loving. My daughter had been in
gymnastics and taken about a year off. We started the classes again
when Sanna moved in with us. Kate's classes were in the early evening.
Sanna attended classes with Kate a couple of times. Kate was less than
enthusiastic about resuming classes. Sanna and I discussed what we
thought might be best for my daughter. Sanna sincerely cared--she
really wanted to see Kate succeed. Sanna was taking my son to a
gymnastics class too and said that I should try to get my daughter in a
class with his teacher. She said that his instructor would be a better
fit for Kate. She was correct. Now Kate absolutely loves her
gymnastics class. Also based on Sanna's recommendation we moved to a
day time class. Sanna was very intuitive about her needs and really
went the extra mile to help us get her in the right class and at the
best time of day for her. Now Kate wants to go to gymnastics everyday.
Both of my children are so affectionate with Sanna. They love her so
much. My daughter will just walk up to her and tell her that she loves
her. My son will yell her name and run to her--reaching up to hug and
kiss her when she comes in the house after she has been out. My
daughter always includes her in her prayers. As a mother who works out
of the home, I can tell you that I want to know that the person that is
caring for my children is loving and affectionate to them. I know Sanna
is and I know they feel the same towards her. I have interviewed
nannies and babysitters and even used some that I feel were good, a few
that were great but after Sanna--I know what the "ultimate" is. It
gives me so much peace of mind and such great appreciation and
admiration towards her.
Sanna can make what is sometimes a boring activity fun...she is known
for having the fun and adventurous days. Sanna works with my children
on cleaning up their toys. I challenged her to do this when she
started. She does not clean up for them ...but rather encourages them
to do it themselves. My son cleaned up his toy cars the other day.
Trust me...Sanna has taught him how to pick up his toys. My son was so
proud of his accomplishment. He was even singing a song about cleaning
up song and started clapping when he completed his task. It was the
cutest thing ever. Every day she has an activity with them. She takes
them to the library, park, gym or on a play date. She makes every day
exciting. Our children look forward to telling us at night about their
days with Sanna.
When our family signed up for the Au Pair program we were very excited.
The truth be known, we had no idea just how much our lives were going to
be changed. Speaking from the heart, we have just been blown away. We
are blessed. Sanna is teaching our kids while being loving and a
nurturing caretaker and making each day fun and adventurous. We trust
Sanna. Sanna is a part of our family. Sanna is the Ultimate Au Pair.

Vad roligt att du är så uppskattad av "din familj" men det är du värd. Hoppas du vinner gör Ingrid som sitter och hostar och snörvlar och har tråkigt och tycker lite synd om sig själv.

Sanna jag satt här och rös när jag läste det och blev helt rörd. Jag gjorde samma sak som din AD gjorde när jag läste. Din familj verkar verkligen tycka om dig och uppskattar allt. När jag läser om allt du har lyckas att göra med barna så känner jag mig som en dålig au pair för vissa av sakerna är sådana enkla saker som man kan lära barna, bara det att man är lite för lat för det. Alltså jag skulle kunna skriva så mycket mer om vad jag tycker och känner just nu, har så mkt lycka även om det inte handlar om mig. Jag hoppas du vinner. Lycka till.
